Products, Pricing & Accuracy (Furniture)

Pallsport sells furniture only.

Photos, dimensions, materials, finishes, and prices are presented carefully, yet small differences can occur.

Natural Variation

  • Solid wood and veneers show unique grain
  • Knots may naturally occur
  • Color may shift
  • Handmade tolerances may vary slightly

Display Differences

  • Screens can render colors differently

Room Scenes

  • Only items listed on the product page are included

Care Matters

Customers should:

  • Follow assembly and care guides
  • Protect wood from direct sun
  • Avoid significant humidity swings
  • Protect furniture from standing water
  • Respect stated weight limits
  • Use pads or coasters where appropriate

Prices, stock, and features may change at any time.

All prices, charges, and refunds are in USD.

If a material error is discovered involving:

Pallsport may correct it and cancel or refund any affected order.

If Pallsport cancels, you will receive a full refund in USD.

Orders, Payments, Taxes & Cancellations

Placing an order is an offer to buy.

Pallsport accepts an order when an order confirmation is sent and preparation or shipping begins.

Pallsport may decline or cancel any order for reasons including:

  • Unavailable items
  • Errors
  • Suspected fraud
  • Suspected misuse

Pallsport may also request verification, including:

  • Bank authorization

Payment

Use the payment methods shown at checkout.

Pallsport does not store full card numbers.

You agree to pay all amounts disclosed at checkout in USD.

International Charges

Any treatment of duties, VAT, GST, and brokerage follows the Shipping Policy for your country.

Currency

Transactions and refunds are processed in USD.

Title & Risk

Title passes after full payment.

Risk of loss transfers upon delivery by the carrier to your address, or upon collection by you or your authorized agent.

Shipping & Delivery (Freight/LTL for Furniture)

Larger furniture often ships by Freight/LTL.

The carrier may:

  • Schedule a delivery window
  • Require a signature

Standard service and any available upgrades, such as room-of-choice or white-glove delivery, are defined in the Shipping Policy.

Stairs, elevators, missed appointments, or address changes can lead to carrier fees as described in the Shipping Policy.

On arrival, inspect packages before signing.

If damage is visible:

  • Note it on the delivery paperwork
  • Take photos
  • Contact Pallsport promptly
  • Keep all packaging until next steps are confirmed

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

All applicable amounts are processed in USD.

Made-to-order or custom items may be non-returnable except for:

  • Defects
  • Shipping damage

Start a return by contacting Pallsport first.

Items should be:

  • In like-new condition
  • In original packaging when possible

Photos may be requested to help determine an appropriate solution, such as:

  • Replacement parts
  • Exchange
  • Refund

Refunds are issued to the original payment method in USD.

Posting time is determined by your bank or PayPal.

Where mandatory local rights apply, including EU or UK withdrawal rights for eligible non-custom goods, those rights will be honored.

  • Damage from moisture

Safety First

  • Follow assembly guides
  • Hire a professional if unsure

Except for express warranties provided, and as allowed by law, Pallsport disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Statutory consumer rights that cannot be limited remain in force.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted, Pallsport is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages not caused by Pallsport, including:

  • Loss of use
  • Loss of profits

For any claim, Pallsport’s total liability will not exceed the USD amount you paid for the furniture item involved.

Force Majeure

Pallsport is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside reasonable control, including:

  • Government actions
  • Other events outside reasonable control

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These Terms are governed as follows, with non-exclusive venue in your country of residence where mandatory consumer laws require:
