The idea for Pallsport was born from a simple need: furniture that truly fits the lives being lived around it, built with honesty and the expectation of longevity. Mabelle Hicban Magtibay, the founder of Pallsport LLC, established the company just over a year ago with a vision of creating durable, quiet pieces that are designed to be repaired, not replaced.
Mabelle’s background drove her to build a workshop where quality is assured through simple, repeatable routines rather than chasing large-scale production. She personally signs off daily on stock readiness and open jobs, ensuring that the company’s first-year pace consistently delivers reliable output.
The Founder and Our Online Model
Mabelle is the owner and operator of Pallsport’s compact studio. Her approach emphasizes meticulous organization and simple, repeatable routines over scale, ensuring reliable output even during the company’s first year. Mabelle personally signs off on stock and open jobs daily.
Pallsport LLC operates as an owner-led studio, selling its products exclusively through its website.
Products: Pallsport offers core furnishings—coffee and dining tables, media consoles, credenzas, nightstands, and platform beds. Every design is prepared to fit real spaces, with dimensions and finishes specified to the customer’s room.
Customers: Clients value transparency, durability, and practical design. They receive clear load guidance and installation cards for drywall, brick, block, and concrete.
Capabilities and Proven Sourcing
Pallsport’s capacity is rooted in control and precision. The entire process, from design layout to the sealed crate, is conducted under one roof. Pallsport uses premium woods—white oak, American black walnut, ash, and hard maple—for stability and warmth.
Sourcing: Lumber is purchased through established American mills and distributors with documented custody. Hardware is sourced from respected makers with US operations, including Blum, Accuride, Hafele, Sugatsune, and KV.
Craftsmanship: Pallsport employs expert joinery, like mortise and tenon and floating tenons, allowing wood to move naturally without stress. A traveler card accompanies each piece, recording its passage through every stage, including dry fit and final assembly. Photo checkpoints document the build, and no crate is sealed without a named sign-off.
Packing Tuned for Online Shipment
Given the online sales model, Pallsport’s packing is carefully calibrated for distance.
Protection: Edges are guarded, parts are numbered in installation order, and instruction sets match the box count. Heavy cartons use double-wall board, and long frames are strapped to pallets when needed.
Shipping: Pallsport is ready to box and hand in-stock items to the carrier within the working day. Labels print in-house, and tracking is issued at once, alongside an unboxing checklist explaining what to inspect and how to reach Pallsport immediately.
