When Pallsport-approved return documents are used, additional import-related charges are generally not required upon return delivery (DDP on returns where supported).

1. Return Eligibility

To qualify for an eligible return:

2. Natural Material Characteristics

Certain products made from natural materials may contain:

4. Change-of-Mind Returns
