Pallsport ships furniture to the regions listed above. This policy explains how shipping works, what to expect at delivery, and how shipping issues are handled. All prices and fees are shown and processed in USD.
Where eligible, import taxes, duties, brokerage, and customs processing may be included in the checkout total, so no payment is required at delivery (DDP where supported).
1) Protective packing & carrier pickup
Furniture shipments are secured for transit using protective materials (such as rigid panels, foam protection, and reinforced corners) to reduce the risk of damage. Some shipments may use pallet protection for added stability. Shipments use parcel service for smaller cartons and scheduled freight service for furniture consignments.
At checkout, you will see the full consolidated amount due in USD—including shipping/freight, handling, and any applicable taxes/duties/brokerage where supported. No payment is accepted at the delivery door (no COD).
Note on format: Certain furniture items may be delivered in a flat-packed or knock-down format to support safer handling and easier access through standard entryways.
2) Delivery coverage
Pallsport ships to: United States, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Australia, Spain, Canada, Italy, Belgium, and Portugal.
We do not deliver to:
PO Boxes
APO/FPO/DPO addresses
Certain remote territories or locations with restricted access
A standard street address with safe delivery access is required. If your location has controlled access, gated entry, or special delivery procedures, contact Pallsport before placing an order.
3) Carriers & service levels
Parcel delivery (cartons)
Pallsport may use reputable parcel carriers such as UPS, FedEx, USPS (limited U.S. parcels), and DHL Express for certain routes.
Tracking is provided.
Carriers may attempt delivery multiple times, then hold the parcel at a local facility/pickup point; ID may be required.
If an “Authority to Leave” option is used, responsibility transfers upon the successful delivery scan (not available when a signature is required).
Scheduled freight delivery (curbside)
Some furniture consignments ship by scheduled freight with curbside delivery (ground level at curb/driveway). Curbside delivery does not include in-home placement, stairs, assembly, or packaging removal. Freight partners typically call/text to schedule a delivery window.
Signature control
An adult signature may be required for higher-value consignments. Tracking or shipment emails will indicate when this applies.
4) Timeframes & rates (USD)
The estimated delivery window shown at checkout combines carrier-ready handling time + carrier transit time. Transit time begins after carrier pickup and the first scan is registered.
Business days are Monday–Friday (CST), excluding U.S. federal holidays. International lanes may require additional time for security screening and customs procedures. Severe weather, local holidays, labor actions, or network congestion can extend timelines. Address changes after carrier pickup may require a reroute and can cause delays.

All final amounts appear at checkout. Where DDP is supported and applied, recipients pay nothing extra at the delivery door.
5) Taxes, duties & customs (international)
For deliveries to UK, FR, DE, ES, IT, BE, PT, AU, and CA, Pallsport ships DDP where supported. Import VAT/GST, duties, brokerage, and customs processing fees may be included in the checkout total in USD.
Do not pay the driver. If anyone requests payment at delivery, contact Pallsport immediately.
U.S. orders: Applicable state and local sales tax appears at checkout and is included in the USD total.
Shipping paperwork: International shipments include standard carrier-required commercial documents to support customs processing.
6) Timing notes & daily cut-off
Carrier-ready handling time: Preparing the shipment for carrier pickup typically takes 1–2 business days.
Daily cut-off: Payments confirmed before the daily cut-off typically move into carrier-ready handling the same working day; later confirmations move into carrier-ready handling the next working day.
Account protection: In limited cases, Pallsport may request address or payment verification to protect customers and prevent fraud. Delays in responding may delay carrier pickup.
7) Origin & staging facility
Primary dispatch point for furniture shipments to all covered regions: 9120 Burnet Road, Austin, TX, 78758
Terminal holds: Freight terminals may hold consignments for several business days; extended storage may incur carrier charges.
8) Tracking & live updates
Pallsport emails a confirmation with a tracking link after carrier pickup is recorded. Please allow time for the initial tracking updates to appear. Some freight tracking pages may show an initial status until a terminal scan is registered.
If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, contact Pallsport so we can request a carrier trace.
9) Access, placement & setup
Parcel delivery does not include in-home placement or packaging removal. Freight curbside delivery places the shipment at ground level curb/driveway.
If your location has gated entries, controlled access, limited elevators, stair carries, or delivery restrictions, inform Pallsport before shipment so options can be reviewed. Third-party upgrades (room-of-choice, stair carry, packaging haul-away, or exact-time appointment) may be available and quoted at cost.
Possible carrier fees include missed freight appointments, address corrections after carrier pickup, reroute requests, and re-delivery attempts.
10) Damage, loss, or other issues
Inspect at delivery
Inspect packaging upon delivery and keep all packing materials until any issue is resolved.
Damage
If anything arrives damaged, contact Pallsport promptly with:
your order number
clear photos (or a brief video) of the outer carton, inner packing, and affected areas
If visible damage is present at delivery, note it with the driver where possible.
For minor cosmetic concerns, Pallsport may offer a suitable resolution (for example, guidance or other support options where applicable).
Delay or loss
If tracking shows no progress for an extended period, contact Pallsport. If the carrier confirms the shipment is lost, Pallsport will provide either:
a no-cost reshipment, or
a full USD refund
11) Refused deliveries & undeliverable shipments
Shipments may return to sender if refused or if delivery fails due to repeated missed appointments or incorrect/incomplete address details.
Pallsport can send the shipment again after address verification. Any carrier return, storage, or re-delivery fees may be payable by the customer at cost before resending.
If refusal is due to verifiable carrier-caused damage noted with the driver, Pallsport will handle the claim and no re-delivery fees apply to the customer.
12) Changes & cancellations
Changes and cancellations are governed by Pallsport’s Changes & Cancellations Policy.
In general:
Requests may be accepted within 24 hours of checkout and only before carrier pickup.
After carrier pickup, cancellation is not available.
After delivery, consult the Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy.
Address changes after carrier pickup may require a paid reroute and can cause delays.
